Does your child find it difficult to keep up with their classmates? Mina is a girl full of energy and vitality, but when she began her school journey, she faced several difficulties, and her enthusiasm and energy began to fade. However, her father’s acceptance of her challenges, the school’s cooperation, and her realization that she is special and has extraordinary strength restored her brilliance once again! There are many challenges that children face at the beginning of their school journey-learning, social, and emotional challenges, along with many expectations of them.
If they find difficulty facing these challenges, we might notice some changes such as: withdrawal and distraction, anger and emotional outbursts, and sometimes reluctance to go to school.
This book reminds us that children are different. Each child is special, with their own strengths and abilities, and needs their own learning style. It teaches us to be patient with our child and give them enough time to learn, to accept their weaknesses as well, and to seek help when needed.
Let’s encourage our child and highlight their special qualities and extraordinary strength just as Mina’s father did in the story. Acceptance and support are the first steps for children to begin seeing themselves as more than just students facing difficulties at school.
