This is the story of a child and a grandfather whose walk around the neighborhood leads to a day of shared wonder as they discover all sorts of tiny, perfect things together. With rhythmic storytelling and detailed and intricate illustrations, this is a book about how childlike curiosity can transform ordinary days into extraordinary adventures

Age Group: First grade

Dear Parents,

This story – or this adventure brings us back to the first question: How does our child learn about the world and about themselves? How do we create a curiosity within them to explore things and relationships? Our role as parents is very important; We provide learning opportunities by drawing our child’s attention to the things they encounter in their daily lives, even the small ones, and invite them to observe and think about them. We can then have a discussion with them about those things.

This is how we contribute; by giving them the tools to learn about life. These tools will stay with them for a lifetime.
